Summary:
This 2017 report was prepared by the National Disability Institute with a FINRA Foundation grant. The report analyzes data from the FINRA Foundation’s National Financial Capability Study to reveal the most comprehensive picture to date of how people with disabilities manage financial resources and make financial decisions. The report provides a framework for the design of programs, products, education and services to improve the financial stability and capability of one of the most economically vulnerable populations in the United States. A companion infographic highlights key findings from the report.
