The Ketchum Visiting Scholar Program—honoring Richard G. Ketchum, the former FINRA and FINRA Foundation chairman and a distinguished leader in the field of securities regulation—provides an opportunity for the FINRA Foundation to collaborate with talented researchers to explore critically important topics related to investor protection, financial capability, and financial inclusion.

Jeremy Ko, Ph.D. 

Formerly, Edelman Financial Engines, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and Pennsylvania State University   

Working in collaboration with FINRA Foundation researchers, Dr. Ko is undertaking original research to yield a better understanding of the investing experiences of novice and young investors. Dr. Ko is also leading research on the retirement preparedness and financial inclusion of Gen X adults in the U.S.
